What is mindful meditation:

Higher self, Being mindful means staying in touch with everything that is going on with you on a physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual level the awareness you develop during meditation practice can naturally expand to encompass your day for you to see and sense more enabling you to recognize and release in a non-judgmental approach, this guides you to slow down your racing thoughts also calms the mind and body allowing energy to attain focus on the present.

Mindful meditation is our awareness of no-thing for one to be in complete bliss with oneself (true self ) developing greater awareness shines a light on how your mind was entangled in its own liking-disliking blanketing one's happiness.

We are a human transmission tower transmitting on a frequency with our thoughts, if we want to change anything in our lives we need to change the frequency by changing our thoughts, there is no better way to change our mind, body, and spirit than mindful meditation.

Self-awareness during meditation shows you a shadow of who you really are this awakens you to what needs to be revealed and released and then you can become self-aware of your true self, appreciate yourself, and understand that everything that you need to be happy lies within you. Focus on what you can control and let everything else go the more you become self-aware of your thoughts and emotions the closer you become to reaching consciousness , understanding that what you did two minutes ago is in your past, to leave it there and remain in the present moment

Brainwaves are electrical potentials activity of the brain they communicate between neurons within our brain our brain waves occur at various frequencies raising vibrations to a higher frequency, mindful meditation re-boots, deletes, and cleanses your brain removing old programmings that were blocking the perception of reality this is given room for growth for new programming this also awakens your seven senses.
